This will include disassembly, cleaning, modification (as required), refurbishment and reassembly of power generator assemblies in accordance with applicable technical manuals (TMs) and refurbishment and upgrade procedures. Generator Tech must perform depot level diagnostic, fault isolation and repair capability for Lechmotoren generators. The Generator Tech will provide oversight on Organizational and Direct Support repairs in accordance with (IAW), US ARMY 10/20/30 PMCS Maintenance Standards. Generator Tech must perform maintenance inspections and repairs, to include parts ordering in accordance with applicable technical manuals and procedures. Must also complete records, maintain tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and refurbishment activities. Additional responsibilities will include the initial setup and facilitization of the in-country work location required for the refurbishment effort. May work with, train, and advise local hire maintenance personnel on operational and technical aspects of aforementioned equipment. Must observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Perform other duties and activities as directed. Administrative &amp; Operational Support</p><ul><li>Assist management with day-to-day office operations and administrative requirements.</li><li>Coordinate tasks between sales, processing, accounts, administration, and management.</li><li>Assist in preparing internal reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and operational records.</li><li>Monitor pending tasks and ensure that responsible employees complete them on time.</li><li>Handle urgent operational matters and coordinate solutions where necessary.</li><li>Support management in implementing new procedures, policies, and operational systems.</li><li>Perform additional administrative and operational duties assigned by management.</li></ul><p>Key Performance Expectations</p><p>The Floor In-Charge is expected to:</p><ul><li>Maintain complete control and coordination of daily office operations.</li><li>Ensure maximum productivity and discipline among team members.</li><li>Keep management updated regarding staff performance, client issues, sales performance, collections, and operational matters.</li><li>Ensure that no important client matter, document, payment, or task is overlooked.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems.</li><li>Ensure timely coordination of visa applications and embassy submissions.</li><li>Support the sales team in achieving revenue and collection targets.</li><li>Ensure that all employees remain active, focused, and productive during working hours.</li><li>Take immediate action on pending tasks and escalate serious issues to management.</li><li>Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment at all times.</li></ul><p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, recruitment, administration, or a similar industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong team management and leadership skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Good knowledge of documentation, filing, and data entry.</li><li>Ability to coordinate with sales, accounts, processing, and management teams.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle client complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and data management systems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and highly organized.</li><li>Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure completion without constant supervision.</li></ul><p>Authority &amp; Responsibility</p><p>The Floor In-Charge is expected to take ownership of the overall daily functioning of the office floor and ensure that employees remain productive and operational activities are completed efficiently. The position requires proactive supervision, regular follow-up, and immediate escalation of serious issues to management.</p><p>The Floor In-Charge must ensure that all activities are carried out according to company policies and must not independently make unauthorized commitments to clients, change company pricing, approve refunds, or alter immigration/visa procedures without management approval.</p><p><b>Overall Objective:</b><br/>To ensure the office operates smoothly, efficiently, and professionally while maintaining strong team productivity, organized documentation, accurate reporting, effective client service, timely visa processing, and proper coordination between all departments.</p><p>Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
