Fast-paced, high-volume law firm serving Kauai for over 70 years seeks a full-time Legal Secretary/Receptionist. Areas of practice include, but are not limited to, estate planning, real estate, collections, landlord-tenant matters, and business formation. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, reliable, able to learn quickly, and has experience in a legal or administrative setting.If hired, you must pass the notary exam within 1 year of start date. Pay increase upon passing the notary exam.Start date is flexible. Salary is commensurate with experience and will be increased upon gaining more experience with the firm.
