The responsibilities of the intern will depend on the individual's background. <p>HR Intern (Female)<br/><b>We're looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Intern to join our team in Doha, Qatar.</b><br/><b>For Internship, entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in human resources and recruitment.</b><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/>- Support the recruitment team by posting job ads on various portals and social media platforms.<br/>- Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.<br/>- Maintain and update candidate databases and assist in building a pipeline of talent for future openings.<br/>- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including preparing documents, managing employee files, and coordinating interviews.<br/>- Provide support to the recruitment and business development teams with market mapping and candidate sourcing.<br/>- Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.<br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/>- <b>Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</b><br/>- A high level of organization, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br/>-_ <b>Excellent communication skills in English &amp; Hindi is a must.</b>_<br/>- Proficiency in using MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.<br/>- A valid Qatar ID (QID) is required.<br/>- Immediate availability to start is essential.</p><p><b>Pay - 1000 QAR</b></p><p><b>&quot;Upon successful completion of the internship, qualified candidates may be offered placement within our company.&quot;</b></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
