<div><div>The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group&rsquo;s safety vision. In the Director&rsquo;s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.<br>

Job Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>
Must have 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.</li><li>
Associates or Bachelors in ECE or related field is preferred.</li><li>
Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.</li></ul><br>
