THE ROLE
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) to join our growing team and support the execution and automation of email marketing campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands. In this hands-on role, you'll work with cutting-edge AI tools to drive efficiency, personalization, and results in email marketing, while gaining deep exposure to high-performance e-commerce environments.
This is an ideal role for someone with a solid foundation in email marketing and looking to grow their career by leveraging AI-driven solutions.<div></div> 
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Assist in planning and executing AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns for 1 of our brands using Klaviyo.</li><li>
Support the setup of automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions.</li><li>
Collaborate with the senior team to implement AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.</li><li>
Manage and maintain email lists and segmentation to ensure precise targeting and healthy list performance.</li><li>
Support reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
Help maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution aligned with brand goals and promotional schedules.</li><li>
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive and engaging campaign output.</li><li>
Design and build email templates and campaign layouts aligned with brand guidelines.</li></ul><div></div> 
SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.</li><li>
Mandatory experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign building.</li><li>
Mandatory experience with AI tools used in marketing (e.g., for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization).</li><li>
Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and apply data-driven decision-making.</li><li>
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for persuasive, brand-aligned copy.</li><li>
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to professional growth and delivering results.</li><li>
Experience designing email templates and campaign layouts</li></ul><div></div>

ELIGIBILITY &amp; LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
This role is 100% remote.<ul><li>
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET &mdash; UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.</li><li>
For full-time roles, we ask that you&rsquo;re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours - it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.(This doesn&rsquo;t apply to part-time roles.)</li></ul><div></div>
