 Financial Transaction Processing and Documentation: Handle the recording of supplier invoices promptly and accurately to support on-time payment cycles and maintain strong supplier relationships. Process and verify petty cash/corporate credit card claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper supporting documentation. Organize and maintain financial records, including supplier statements, invoices, and reconciliation reports. Manage all types of group insurance activities, including invoice recording, inter-group expense allocation, and continuous updating of insurance schedules across the group. Oversee fixed asset processes at the group level, including additions, disposals, and transfers.
