We are currently looking for an Associate Community Manager to join our on-site community team to help support a positive experience for our residents. 


What are the responsibilities of an Associate Community Manager?
<ul>
<li>Responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospective residents, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in and move-out procedures</li>
<li>Oversee assigned department(s) and work cohesively with supervisors to ensure each team&rsquo;s success in their day-to-day operations</li>
<li>Promote high quality customer service through team development initiatives</li>
<li>Consistently review and develop the team on technical and administrative processes</li>
<li>Interview and hire qualified candidates</li>
<li>Successfully acclimate new hires into their roles</li>
<li>Successfully evaluate and resolve resident concerns in a timely manner</li>
<li>Identify areas for improvement and suggest practical updates to enhance resident retention and revenue</li>
<li>Evaluate contractor projects upon completion to ensure high quality and contract compliance</li>
<li>Assist the Property Manager with accurate and timely report submission</li>
<li>Accurately prepare and submit communications to the collections department</li>
<li>Participate in organizing and facilitating community events and other special projects as assigned</li>
<li>Note repairs, replacements needed and appropriate charges for resident damages upon move out.</li></ul> 


What are the role requirements?
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred</li>
<li>Previous sales or customer service experience is required</li>
<li>Previous experience in multi-family property management is preferred</li>
<li>Previous leasing experience is preferred</li>
<li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs</li>
<li>Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred</li>
<li>Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy</li>
<li>Must be flexible with work schedule. Weekend hours may be assigned</li>
<li>Have reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>

This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.
Purpose:
As a warehouse associate at Floor &amp; Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities will be compiling orders and replenishing and moving merchandise, whether it be on the sales floor or to a customer&rsquo;s vehicle. Your day will be spent checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers and operating a forklift. Minimum Eligibility Requirements:<ul><li>

Warehouse experience.</li><li>
Customer service experience.</li><li>
Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.</li><li>
Completion of forklift certifications through F&amp;D.</li><li>
Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.</li></ul>
Working Conditions (travel &amp; environment)<ul><li>
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.</li></ul>
Physical/Sensory Requirements<ul><li>
Ability exert 30 &ndash; 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.</li></ul>

<div>The Category Strategy Manager is responsible for delivering customer, market, and consumer analytics and insights in support of Meijer and other assigned accounts. This role develops actionable recommendations that drive strategic goals and business results for Shankman and its clients. The Category Strategy Manager will lead analysis that builds a strong understanding of key categories and sub-categories, customer trends, shopper behavior, promotional effectiveness, and market dynamics. This individual will partner closely with Business Managers, clients, and retailers to support business reviews, presentations, assortment and distribution opportunities, promotional planning, and overall category strategy. This role may also provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and oversight for one or more analysts or junior team members. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Partner directly with Business Managers on assigned Meijer and grocery clients, maintaining regular communication with internal sales teams, clients, and retailer contacts.</li>
<li>Help drive customer and category strategy using insights from POS, syndicated, shopper, and market data.</li>
<li>Support efforts to strengthen Shankman&rsquo;s category leadership position with assigned customers, including pursuit of Category Influencer opportunities where applicable.</li>
<li>Conduct routine and seasonal category and client analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>Prepare for and participate in customer meetings, line reviews, business reviews, and client presentations.</li>
<li>Analyze trends at the assigned customer, across the broader market, and within comparable Shankman client business to identify risks and opportunities.</li>
<li>Deliver timely post-period and post-season analysis summarizing results, key learnings, and recommendations.</li></ul> 


Seasonal and Ongoing Analysis
<ul>
<li>Complete pre-review analysis to help shape client selling strategies and retailer recommendations.</li>
<li>Lead seasonal reporting and event summaries, including key selling periods such as Valentine&rsquo;s Day, Easter, Summer, Back-to-School, Halloween, and Holiday.</li>
<li>Provide weekly or periodic performance tracking for participating clients during seasonal events and promotional windows.</li>
<li>Monitor everyday business performance and communicate meaningful shifts in sales, distribution, pricing, or shopper behavior.</li></ul> 


Promotional and Business Planning
<ul>
<li>Support the promotional planning process by evaluating retailer programs and recommending effective strategies for clients.</li>
<li>Analyze promotional performance, including sales lift, margin impact, cost, and return on investment for both the retailer and the client.</li>
<li>Assist in scenario planning and business forecasting by providing category, customer, and industry insights.</li></ul> 


Distribution, Inventory, and Category Support
<ul>
<li>Monitor inventory, distribution, and in-stock performance through gap analysis and related reporting.</li>
<li>Partner with sales teams to address voids, distribution gaps, and other execution opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain data files and category resources for assigned business, including custom segmentations, distribution tracking, merchandising information, and planogram records where applicable.</li>
<li>Develop compelling, data-driven selling stories using syndicated and retailer-specific data.</li></ul> 


Team Leadership
<ul>
<li>Provide direction, coaching, and support to one or more analysts or junior team members, as assigned.</li>
<li>Help prioritize workload, review analyses and presentations, and support development of team capabilities.</li>
<li>Promote strong collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.</li></ul> 


Travel
<ul>
<li>Attend meetings with key clients and retailer contacts as needed.</li>
<li>Occasional travel for customer meetings, client visits, and industry or national conferences may be required.</li></ul> 


Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Category Management, insights, analytics, or related business analysis.</li>
<li>Experience supporting grocery or mass retail accounts, with Meijer experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI Experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience working with retailer POS, shopper, and syndicated data platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with space planning and merchandising analytics is a plus.</li>
<li>Prior experience leading projects independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Previous people-management or informal team leadership experience is a plus.</li></ul>
