Position Overview

As a Flow Inventory Associate, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in maintaining CarMax&rsquo;s best-in-class vehicle inventory and customer experience. You&rsquo;ll handle vehicle receiving and shipping, lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads, ensuring every car meets CarMax&rsquo;s quality standards. Role Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.</li>
<li>Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.</li>
<li>Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized.</li>
<li>Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.</li>
<li>Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings.</li>
<li>Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.</li>
<li>Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&amp;S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.</li>
<li>Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.</li>
<li>Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.</li>
<li>Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.</li>
