The role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Events Marketing (EMEA), the Regional Marketing Specialist, Events & Conferences, EMEA will be responsible for the marketing campaigns and delivery of a range of events in the EMEA region, varying in size.

Required Qualifications: 
Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Russian is desirable but not essential.

A Groups, Meetings and Events Sales Coordinator will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. 
What will I be doing?
As a Groups, Meetings and Events Sales Coordinator, you will fully support the GM&amp;E team by successfully organizing office administration and coordination functions, assisting the GM&amp;E team in achieving their objectives, and working in close coordination with the hotel&rsquo;s operations teams. Specifically, a Groups, Meetings and Events Sales Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:<ul><li>
Establish effective liaison and communication process with the key operating departments within the hotel to ensure delivery of customer/client requirements.</li><li>
Support the GM&amp;E sales team with contracting, proposals, reporting, and sales systems.</li><li>
Organize and manage the GM&amp;E administration on daily basis, maintaining a productive and effective support service to the GM&amp;E office.</li><li>
Provide accurate and up to date information and alternatives, responding to requests in a timely manner.</li><li>
Become the point of contact to the GM&amp;E team on the internal and external levels.</li><li>
Updates calender accordign to information about events in town.</li><li>
Develop and maintain working knowledge of Hilton&rsquo;s products and services.</li><li>
Follow up on the GM&amp;E Sales team&rsquo;s activities and ensure it is processed.</li><li>
Follows up the signature process of group contracts.</li><li>
Respond on inquiries during GM&amp;E Sales team absence in an effective and timely manner and to report back to the team such inquiries.</li><li>
Be able to answer to operational team&rsquo;s questions and inquiries regarding any confirmed or tentative business.</li><li>
Checkes and coordinates ISG documents for any outsource build up companies with security department.</li><li>
Publishing BEO&rsquo;s on daily basis.</li><li>
Publishing weekly event information on daily basis.</li><li>
Determines office supply needs and creates P.O&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Assist on other administrative responsibilities when required and directed.</li></ul>
