 The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving profitable revenue growth for special vehicle modifications across the GCC and Africa. This role focuses on expanding market presence, securing large-scale tender and fleet projects, and acting as the key commercial interface between customers and internal teams. The position requires strong technical expertise in vehicle conversions and the ability to manage complex relationships with OEMs, partners, and government stakeholders.

 Background and Experience

 Strong technical knowledge of vehicle conversions, including chassis preparation, body mounting, and systems integration

 Experience with emergency, defense, industrial, or specialized vehicle categories (e.g., ambulances, fire trucks, mobile units)

 Demonstrated success in managing and winning large-scale government tenders
 </li>

 Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, budgeting, and cost analysis
