About The Role: 
We&rsquo;re looking for a strategic and results-driven Category Manager to own and drive growth for our F&amp;B category. You will be responsible for managing category performance, leading client strategy, rolling out new products and features, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize client growth and retention. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies. 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own and drive growth for the assigned F&amp;B category.
</li><li>Track, analyze, and report category-level KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.
</li><li>Develop and share structured monthly plans for assigned clients aligned with their business objectives.
</li><li>Monitor category and client performance and recommend optimization actions.
</li><li>Lead new product and feature rollouts within the category, including:

</li><li>Adoption tracking
</li><li>Defining success metrics
</li><li>Performance monitoring

Requirements

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in category management, account management, business development, or a related commercial role.
</li><li>Strong commercial mindset with proven experience driving growth and managing performance.

</li><li>Experience in client management and conducting performance reviews.
</li><li>Strong understanding of loyalty, retention, and customer growth strategies.
