Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Prepare and bake a variety of products including bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.</li><li>
Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality.</li><li>
Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.</li><li>
Monitor ingredient levels and assist in inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO).</li><li>
Decorate and present baked items attractively for display.</li><li>
Ensure all products meet company quality and freshness standards.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>
Assist in receiving and storing raw materials properly.</li><li>
Support customer service by answering basic product-related questions when needed.</li><li>
Minimize waste and report any equipment or product issues to the supervisor.</li></ul><div> 

Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Proven experience as a Baker or similar role (preferably in retail or hypermarket).</li><li>
Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle early morning shifts.</li><li>
Basic understanding of measurements and ingredient handling.</li><li>
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.</li><li>
