Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Beverage Preparation: Crafting hot &amp; cold coffees (espresso, lattes, etc.), teas, and other drinks to order, including steaming milk and creating latte art.</li><li>Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, making menu suggestions, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.</li><li>** Operations:** Operating espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems; handling cash/card transactions.</li><li>Cleanliness &amp; Maintenance: Keeping the workstation, equipment, and seating areas spotless, and ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation.</li><li>Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies (beans, cups, milk), and potentially placing orders.</li><li>Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.</li></ul>Important Skills:<ul><li>Passion for coffee &amp; customer service</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic math and cash handling</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Intermediate (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
