 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 As a
 
 Bartender
 
 you&rsquo;ll play an active part in maintaining the high level of service that our guests expect with their dining experiences and at our outlets on-site. Your responsibilities will include:

 Prepare beverages ordered through point-of-sale system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serves wine and draught or bottled beer, prepares espresso drinks to order.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform inventory, turns orders into the manager to maintain inventory par levels, stock and prepare product for the bar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn menu items and daily specials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works the floor in bar and lounge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sets lounge for service.

Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction. Also to prepare beverages accurately and consistently for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed. This position represents the Restaurant and Hotel in maintaining existing business relationships and works directly with all hotel departments in coordinating groups, events, hotel food and beverage service in all outlets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain one.
State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one.
