 Job Description

 Ensure correct uniform standards are followed at all times.

 Ensure the guests of the outlet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience by following the outlet sequence of service.

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Chef de Partie - Due Mari (Italian Restaurant) role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Family. You will ensure smooth running of the section and see that all areas of section maintain the property Standards.

As a Cook, you will support the kitchen team in preparing authentic Italian cuisine under the guidance of senior chefs.
