 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure correct uniform standards are followed at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the guests of the outlet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience by following the outlet sequence of service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu &amp; daily specials at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 To be familiar with the beverage service including stemware used and appropriates garnishes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate and service of guests' requirements at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare the outlet ready for service according to the outlet standard operating procedure or as per the specific manager&rsquo;s instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure service stations are constantly cleared &amp; re-stocked during service
 </li>
 <li>
 Present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
 </li>
 <li>
 To report all accidents or guest complaint immediately to a manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure expiration dates or perishable items are checked on a daily basis &amp; stored in accordance to HACCP standards
 </li>
 <li>
 To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
 </li>
 <li>
 To breakdown any buffets, displays or side stations when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend all necessary briefings &amp; training sessions as instructed by the Operations Manager, Food and Beverage
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines of the accounting department
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential problems and ask for assistance before breakdown occurs
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any duties and special projects as requested by management whether in your own department or any other department in the resort.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hospitality related Degree or Diploma
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in a luxury environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced levels of Business English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in a second language such as Arabic, Russian
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent food &amp; beverage knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to work well under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail
