Job Description
Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include:
<ul><li>Greet, welcome, and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner.</li><li>
Take orders, prepare drinks according to recipes and serve all food and beverage requests in the bar.</li><li>
Demonstrate complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu.</li><li>
Prepare the bar for service by ensuring bar supplies, garnishes, utensils are properly set up in accordance with quality standards.</li><li>
Inventory unused liquor and beverages. Ensure that all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift.</li><li>
Adhere to all cash handling and credit card policies and procedures. Ensure that all drink orders from servers are accurately rung into the P.O.S. system.</li><li>
Clean and reset bartop and tables immediately after guests depart.</li><li>
Complete all closing duties and reports as assigned.</li><li>
Secure all liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areas.</li><li>
Adhere to established safety and sanitation guidelines.</li><li>
Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.</li><li>
Perform other duties or projects as requested by management.</li></ul>
