The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, procurement coordination, subcontract management, variation and claims management, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review, interpret, and administer client contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation.</li><li>Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, and key project obligations.</li></ul>Procurement Management<ul><li>Support procurement activities including preparation of RFQs, bid evaluations, technical and commercial comparisons, and recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with vendors and subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor procurement schedules in line with project requirements.</li></ul>Commercial and Contracts Management<ul><li>Prepare and manage variation orders, claims, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.</li><li>Review subcontractor claims and payment applications.</li><li>Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and project forecasting.</li><li>Support contract negotiations and dispute resolution activities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Additional certifications in Contracts Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management are an advantage</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>8 years of UAE experience in contracts administration, procurement, and commercial management.</li><li>Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of subcontract management, procurement processes, and contract administration.</li><li>Experience in FIDIC is must</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement practices.</li><li>Knowledge of variation management, claims preparation, and contract negotiations.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and project management software.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven track record in procurement, subcontract administration, and contract management.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in fast-paced construction environments and support successful project delivery from procurement through project closeout.</li></ul>send email to careers@hzdeveloper.aePay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
