The BMV Records Clerk processes insurance documentation and applies insurance remarks to driver records. You will also process documents from in-state and out-of-state sources, including reports by the Indiana State Police and other internal departments. <p>We are seeking a Route Delivery Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of up to 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), delivery to and interacting with customers. Driving is primarily Tues-Fri however days may shift in order to meet our customers needs or to accomodate holidays. Drivers are to arrive at 6:30 am and daily hours vary based on assigned routes. We delivery throughout the entire state of Indiana and are expected to expand delivery areas this year. Monitors the status of durable medical equipment (DME) and medical supplies orders, and promptly informs the management team of any notable trends or issues.</li><li>

Verifies and uploads any paper-based visit records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and subsequently into HCHB for complete and accurate patient histories.</li><li>

Confirms that the ordered level of care matches the billable level of care for each patient, ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement.</li><li>

Initiates requests for medical records and hospital inpatient charts as needed, and process provider notifications when they are relevant to the patient's care.</li><li>
Facilitates coordination among members of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.</li><li>
Acts as a central point of contact for the hospice team, patients, and their families, facilitating clear and efficient communication.</li><li>
Handles incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel, maintaining a responsive and welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>
Manages the phone system and switches to the secondary system when necessary to ensure seamless communication.</li><li>
Assists the Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS) with pre- and post-IDT activities, including preparing agendas and updating plans of care (UPOC's). Additionally, send UPOCs to attending physicians via mail or fax.</li><li>
