We&rsquo;re hiring a detail-oriented, trustworthy Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books and support monthly reporting, VAT, and corporate tax compliance. UAE experience is not mandatory but strong fundamentals and the ability to learn UAE compliance are essential.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting and accurate data entry in Zoho Books</li><li>Manage Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (invoicing, supplier bills, payment tracking, follow-ups)</li><li>Perform bank, petty cash, and ledger reconciliations</li><li>Maintain accurate records for journals, ledgers, expenses, and supporting documents</li><li>Prepare monthly reports: P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS</li><li>Support VAT compliance and filing (documentation, schedules, submission support)</li><li>Support Corporate Tax compliance readiness (records, schedules, documentation support)</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and inventory coordination</li><li>Support audits and resolve accounting discrepancies</li></ul>Requirements (Must-Have)<ul><li>2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping (any country)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (preferred) or similar accounting software with willingness to switch quickly</li><li>Solid understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing</li><li>Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, reporting; pivots are a plus)</li><li>Good command of English</li><li>High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional ethics</li></ul>Preferred / Advantage<ul><li>Working knowledge of UAE VAT is an advantage</li><li>Experience in service-based companies (IT / projects / AMC contracts)</li><li>Basic understanding of UAE Corporate Tax requirements (documentation readiness)</li><li>Experience with MIS reporting, audit support and management dashboards</li></ul>Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>accounting or bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)</li><li>accounting software: 2 years (Required)</li><li>using Zoho Books: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>preparing financial reports (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, MIS): 2 years (Required)</li><li>bank and account reconciliations: 2 years (Required)</li><li>UAE VAT preparation or compliance: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Microsoft Excel for accounting or reporting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
