We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to help keep our finances running smoothly.Position Overview:We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records, track expenses, and support overall financial organization. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record and categorize daily transactions (income &amp; expenses)</li><li>Reconcile bank and credit card statements</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Track job costs and project profitability</li><li>Assist with invoicing and payment tracking</li><li>Prepare basic financial reports (monthly/quarterly)</li><li>Work alongside owner to maintain accurate financial records</li><li>Ensure records are ready for tax preparation</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous bookkeeping experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Pay:<ul><li>Part-time (10&ndash;20 hours per week, flexible schedule)</li><li>Pay based on experience</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Not Required):<ul><li>Experience in construction or service-based businesses</li><li>Job costing experience</li><li>Payroll knowledge</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
