Job DescriptionThe Bookkeeper will manage the company&rsquo;s day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and effective tracking of project costs. This role works closely with leadership, project managers, and office staff to provide financial insights that support decision-making and overall business success.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and updating Staff&rsquo;s commissions</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and expense accounts</li><li>Verify purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy</li><li>Track recurring expenses and ensure timely payments</li><li>Monitor project budgets and compare actual costs</li><li>Prepare profitability reports by project and department</li><li>Generate Financial reports on revenue, expenses, and job performance for leadership</li><li>Performing data entry, filing and other administrative accounting tasks</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>1+ year of bookkeeping or accounting experience</li><li>Strong Excel Skills and experience with financial reporting</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li></ul>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly organized.
