Interpret creative direction and adapt points from marketing briefs into clear, effective key marketing messages for each product launch.</li><li>
Help build, document, and maintain tone-of-voice frameworks, guidelines, and examples, including contributing to AI-enabled copy tools (such as prompts, templates, and guardrails) that support scalable, on-brand content creation.</li><li>
Stay up to date with relevant beauty, social, cultural, and SEO trends, bringing a strong pulse on emerging platforms, conversations, and formats.</li><li>
Independently project manage end-to-end copy deliverables, approval processes, and deadlines for each launch using project-management tools.</li><li>
Regularly compile and report market, competitor, and cultural insights online and in-store to add value across marketing campaigns and communication platforms.</li><li>
Manage relationships with translators and ensure all translations are delivered to markets accurately and on time.</li></ul><p></p><b><br>
