<li>Participates &amp; coaches BU Staff in incident investigations</li>
<li>Assists &amp; coaches BU Staff on action evidence collection and closures</li>

<li>Analyse trends and recommend prevention strategies</li>

<li>Verify competence of personnel in high-risk roles (e.g., crane operators, welders, riggers)</li>
