About the role</b></p><p>
As a Cargo Revenue Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the revenue integrity team and for designing, maintaining and executing processes related to revenue integrity to ensure the expected revenue is generated from all offered and services across the Qatar Airways Cargo network. This involves conception, continuous monitoring and improvement of the Early Warning Signal tools in line with business complexity and growth. Constantly review any Cargo billing disputes or revenue adjustments request and guide user departments follow the waiver and write off approval process. Analyze revenue leakage in a data-driven way, identify root causes and propose corrective actions to the management.<br>

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>
Develop, implement, monitor and review processes in line with increasing complexity of the business. Manage and influence internal stakeholders in the interest of revenue integrity to safeguard the interests of the division globally.</li><li>
Manage revenue leakage through analysis of bookings, rates/tariffs, other charges, master data, system computation and financial data. Subsequently engage with stakeholders to conclude root cause analyses and act where required.</li><li>
Review the revenue adjustments request and waiver and write off approval process to ensure it is approved by the authorized approver as per the policy. Contribute to the implementation of a revenue integrity KPI structure.</li><li>
Provide guidelines and analysis to the management for target setting and planning to reach these targets.</li><li>
Review and develop revenue integrity of the business at a region, station, product and customer level; Engage with the network and revenue accounting to assure processes are implemented and targets met.</li><li>
Translate revenue integrity principles into business rules and subsequently into system input for the automation of revenue integrity processes.</li><li>
Highlight any issue identified through the Early Warning Signal tools/ report and works closely with respective departments for corrective action.</li><li>
Continuously monitor process compliance, collaboratively engage with stakeholders to improve compliance and reduce revenue leakage.</li><li>

 Ensures that the clearance operation runs smoothly i.e. that the shipments are pre-cleared or post cleared in a timely manner and complies with the regulatory and customer requirements through the preparation of appropriate freight documentation and relevant customs clearance authorities.

  In this Customs Clearance Broker position
  <br/>
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Prepare all kind of Customs Declarations according to Qatar Customs regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Onsite Brokers to ensure customs clearance activities and inspections are done on timely manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Onsite Brokers to ensure Inspection is done in a safe way, goods are properly packed and re-packed after inspection.
  </li>
  <li>
   Onsite Brokers to report any incompliance matter or any damage or loss of the items.
  </li>
  <li>
   Classify goods according to tariff coding system.
  </li>
  <li>
   Examine product information to ensure compliance with regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Pay, or arrange for payment of, taxes and duties on shipments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Clear goods through customs and to their destinations for clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate logistics or other business operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Calculate duty and tariff payments owed on shipments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Calculate data to inform organizational operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay abreast of changes in import or export laws or regulations by reading current literature.
  </li>
  <li>
   Update knowledge of legal or regulatory environments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Request or compile necessary import documentation, such as customs invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate regulatory documentation activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements, quotas, or other customs-related matters.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advise others on legal or regulatory compliance matters.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor or trace the location of goods at customs area.
  </li>
  <li>
   Confer with officials in various agencies to facilitate clearance of goods through customs and quarantine.
  </li>
  <li>
   Post bonds for the products being imported or assist clients in obtaining bonds.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain relationships with customs officials in other ports to expedite clearing of cargo.
  </li>

   Develop business relationships.
  </li>
  <li>
   Apply for tariff concessions or for duty drawbacks and other refunds.
  </li>

   Prepare regulatory or compliance documentation.

  </li>

   Extensive knowledge of customs requirements
  </li>
