 Your Role
 
 
 <ul>

 Supervise daily MEP site activities and ensure installations meet drawings and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee installation of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate material requests and ensure timely availability on site
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and instruct tradesmen and laborers, ensuring daily targets are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor productivity, progress, and overall site performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain reports (progress, time &amp; motion) and highlight delays or issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper documentation and marking of completed installations
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce health &amp; safety regulations, including PPE compliance
 </li>

 Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
