Summary
Performs routine clinical and administrative duties to support physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and licensed clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsible for vital signs, basic lab testing, injections, EMR documentation, and patient support throughout the clinical visit.
This position is designated as an on-site, patient-facing role. In-office presence is an essential function due to the need for real-time collaboration with providers, direct interaction with patients and caregivers, and secure handling of health data in compliance with HIPAA.
Qualification Requirements
Must be proficient in obtaining vital signs, recording patient information accurately and keeping the nurse manager aware of any high-risk situations.
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Completion of a two-year associate degree from an accredited Medical Assistant program</li><li>
CPR and First Aid certification</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>
Preferred: Experience using Acumen and EPIC</li></ul>

Essential Functions
All essential functions listed below are expected to be performed on-site. ENA has determined that these duties cannot be effectively or securely executed in a remote environment without compromising patient care, data privacy, or operational standards.<ul><li>
Administer subcutaneous, intermuscular, or intra-dermal injections under direct supervision of a physician as required by protocol and documented in the patient&rsquo;s chart 25%</li><li>
Obtains vital signs, which includes blood pressure, temperature, and pulse (radial or apical) 25%</li><li>
Check HGB of patient via fingerstick after training and certification by qualified personnel. 25%</li><li>
Obtains patient weight and records the information in the chart via the EMR 25%</li></ul>
 Physical Demands<ul><li>
Hearing, visual acuity, talking.</li><li>
Reaching, grabbing, holding &ndash; fine motor skills.</li><li>
Extended periods in a stationary or standing position.</li><li>
Repetitive motion such as entering data into computer-based programs.</li><li>
Lift or move up to 10 pounds. Employees are expected to use appropriate ergonomics and tools such as hand carts for heavier loads.</li></ul>
Work Environment
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. The noise level is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. Work Schedule is Monday- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch.

Job Description 
As a Manager, Automation and Controls Engineering, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of automated machinery, conveyor systems, robotics, and more. You will lead a team and perform both preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with our team of engineers to optimize equipment performance. Additionally, you&rsquo;ll maintain accurate documentation, update the CMMS system, and support facility management efforts to sustain a high-performing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with strong mechanical and electrical skills. You should be proficient in troubleshooting conveyors, robotics, PLCs, and automated systems. Knowledge of preventative maintenance, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and safety procedures are essential.
Location: This is an onsite role, reporting to our Moen Distribution Center in Kinston, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee all aspects of Facility Management and Maintenance operations including facility aesthetics, ownership of equipment and plant facility performance, management and execution of on-going preventative maintenance plans, and management of continuous improvement projects.</li><li>
Guide and nurture a team of maintenance staff, fostering professional growth and collaborative problem-solving in equipment installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance.</li><li>
Lead and execute engineering projects for the facility. Collaborate to advance engineering projects for the facility, co-developing future automation strategies and capital projects with stakeholders.</li><li>
Encourage continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with operations to establish inclusive performance standards and KPIs.</li><li>
Actively participate on project teams contributing as the automation subject matter expert regarding system capabilities and system design decisions.</li><li>
Provide strategic leadership in developing the Distribution Center&rsquo;s processes, systems, policies and procedures setting the future direction of the engineering function.</li><li>
Lead the startup of new/existing operations by ensuring code and configurations meet specifications and validation requirements. Stay current on technologies and engineering trends in order to recommend/incorporate as appropriate.</li><li>
Maintain a safe work environment and promote accident prevention by setting expectations and addressing unsafe behaviors. Provide technical leadership and ensure site compliance for all regulatory agencies.</li><li>
Manage labor/overhead budget to optimize resources and cost-efficiency. Identify, implement, and execute cost-savings initiatives. Leverage resources effectively to meet DC KPI&rsquo;s per budget standards.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
5+ years Engineering, Maintenance, or related Operations experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred</li><li>
Demonstrated experience leading Engineering and Maintenance teams in Manufacturing or Distribution environment including goal setting, establishing performance standards, and driving employee engagement, accountability, and enablement.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with controls systems and controls integration. Previous experience with Allen Bradley, FactoryTalk, Logix 5000, RSLinx, Rockwell Software, Rockwell Automation, Studio 000 Logix, or equivalent Logix&rsquo;s experience, automation and controls development, PLC and HMI program development, AB PowerFlex Series drives.</li><li>
Development, support and troubleshooting of Intelligrated software.</li><li>
Experience with Manufacturing/Distribution Improvement Methodologies, ie: Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing/Distribution. Project management experience including design, development, and implementation.</li></ul>

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $107,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
