Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation for Client and guests, using the most efficient and appropriate routes.</li><li>
Plan journeys in advance, taking into account traffic conditions, appointments, and special requirements to ensure punctuality.</li><li>
Assist in handling shopping, and other personal items when required.</li><li>
Carry out errands, including deliveries, collections, and drop-offs, ensuring all items are handled with care and confidentiality.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Vehicle Care and Maintenance</h3><ul><li>
Maintain all assigned vehicles in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, basic upkeep, and coordinating scheduled servicing and repairs.</li><li>
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tyre pressure, and overall roadworthiness, and report any faults or safety concerns promptly.</li><li>
Manage vehicle-related documentation, including insurance, registration, service records, and renewal reminders, in coordination with the Household Manager.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Safety and Professional Standards</h3><ul><li>
Comply with all UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.</li><li>
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and customer service.</li><li>
Ensure vehicles remain clean, presentable, and fully equipped at all times.</li><li>
Follow safe manual handling practices when loading and unloading luggage, parcels, and other items.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications and Experience</h2><ul><li>
Valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record -driving license no 3 &amp; 4 (Light &amp; Heavy)</li><li>
Previous experience as a Luxury Hotel driver, private driver, chauffeur, or in a similar role within a private household is preferred.</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.</li><li>
Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>
Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, when required.</li></ul></div>

Job Description

Conduct routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle (fuel, oil, tire pressure, etc.).</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.</li><li>
Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods or materials when required.</li><li>
Notify management of any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly.</li><li>
Assist with other office or administrative duties as requested.</li></ul> 

Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle).</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE.</li><li>
Knowledge of road safety rules and defensive driving techniques.</li><li>
Ability to drive long distances safely and responsibly.</li><li>
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>
Physically fit.</li><li>
Excellent time management and reliability.</li><li>
Professional and courteous behavior when interacting with staff and clients.</li></ul>
