</li><li>Review payroll calculation performed by Paymaster and posting the labor expense (payroll journal) in accounting system.

</li><li>Balance the G/L and S/L monthly matching all G/L balances with S/L balances and verifying the details of each balance.

</li><li>Complete all journals and journal vouchers entry and prepare the trial balance. Submit them to the Director Finance Business Partner and Assistant Director of Finance for review and after receiving approval, prepare the monthly financial reports.

</li><li>Provide guidance in accounting processes to other related sections and advise management on ways to improve accounting processes.
</li><li>Assist in physical counts of fixed assets and inventories.

</li><li>Assist with Balance Sheet Reconciliations ensuring all supporting documentation are filed and are in order.

A Chief Engineer will manage the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.</p><br>

<p>As Chief Engineer, you are responsible for the effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including energy conservation.
