The role leads commercial assessments of upstream oil and gas opportunities, including farm-ins, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.  Developing and negotiating on a new major commercial agreement such as Production Sharing Agreements, Concession Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Sales &amp; Purchase Agreements, Farm-in and Farm-out, Joint Bidding Agreements ensuring alignment with industry standards, best practices, and practical deliverability.

 Management of all aspects of new investment&rsquo;s commercial agreements.

 Assess contractual obligations and key commercial risks associated with major commercial agreements.

 Support oversight of the Commercial team in managing commercial operations, commercial interfaces, and agreement compliance across OQEP&rsquo;s business portfolio.
