 Deep understanding of retail operations, particularly hypermarket-scale, food retail, and operations-heavy environments is a must.

 Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Retail, SAP Customer Experience (CX), and integrated supply chain solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with IT and BI systems, digital transformation, e-commerce, helpdesk operations, and analytics.

 Proven project management skills and ability to deliver complex technology initiatives successfully.
