Position Summary: Our team is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to serve as a foundational member of our Analytics and Data Operations function within Excel Analytics. This individual will sit at the intersection of data quality assurance, data governance, and applied analysis - acting as a critical connective layer between our Engineering team &amp; Analytics Ops who depend on accurate, well-structured data to do their best work. The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining data governance practices, enforcing data quality standards, documenting data definitions and lineage across our internal and syndicated data ecosystem, and supporting the broader analytics infrastructure that powers our sponsorship valuation and measurement capabilities. Within Excel Sports Management, the Excel Analytics team serves as the center of gravity for all commercial marketing insights and analytics including sponsorship measurement, consumer insights, talent analytics and industry/category analysis. Excel Analytics is comprised of a vertically-integrated team of specialists supporting brand, property and talent clients, from back-end engineering, through to modeling and analytics and finally to our client-facing consultants who interpret and visualize our results. 


 Role &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Own the ongoing monitoring of data quality across key internal, syndicated, and third-party vendors/data sources.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational management between vendors and Excel Analytics.</li>
<li>Oversee Analytics' core data assets &amp; maintain a working knowledge of data sources, their structure, lineage, refresh cadence, and known limitations.</li>
<li>Establish and enforce data quality standards while documenting the logical and physical data models for our core analytics data ecosystem - including entity relationships, field mappings, and schema documentation</li>

Job Summary</h2>
</div><div>This dynamic role will be based in Chicago with the expectation to work in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays generally have the opportunity to work remotely unless meetings or job responsibilities dictate in-person presence.
The ideal candidate is passionate and eager to participate in the bigger picture of the hospitality business beyond the core administrative support needs. In this role, you will be able to be part of and learn about the full business cycle - from first impression to proposal development, contract signing, and ongoing relationship management. A successful individual in this role is a strong communicator, proactive, collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, creative, and hungry to learn about the industry. 
Areas of Responsibility - Design and Construction 
<ul><li>
Managing day-to-day scheduling of executive calendars</li><li>
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders at a high-level on behalf of the executives</li><li>
Ensuring that all logistical details are carried out seamlessly for internal meetings, off-site meetings, board meetings, and client meetings and presentations</li><li>
Producing entertainment activations and set up for meetings and presentations</li><li>
Booking business travel and actively monitoring for travel disruptions and any travel changes needed (this includes being available evenings and/or weekends)</li><li>
Demonstrating utmost professionalism in communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions</li><li>
Committing to responsive and timely collaboration with the executive team, clients, and multi-disciplinary leaders across the organization to foster strong relationships</li><li>
Providing clerical support including processing invoices and expense reports</li><li>
Facilitating and proposing ideas for effective follow up notes, gifts, cards, and awards when needed</li><li>
Conducting research on partners and developing briefs for the executive team</li><li>
Assisting in the development of world-class proposals and presentations with the ability to participate in creative brainstorming opportunities and contribute improvements to the process</li><li>

Job Requirements

 Contractor shall work with the litigation team to develop a discovery plan which documents the electronic discovery search parameters (e.g., date range, key words and custodians) for a particular case;

 Contractor shall use electronic discovery software applications to collect data from various FBI storage locations on FBI IT systems (e.g., MS-Exchange servers, shared drives, desktops, text and instant messages) in accordance with the discovery plan, to support OGC attorneys, paralegal specialists, Information Management Division personnel and case agents who are responsible for responding to pre-trial discovery motions, requests, subpoenas related to civil and criminal matters, congressional inquiries, FOIA requests and other inquiries;

 Contractor shall analyze search/collection results for data gaps;
 </li>
 <li>
 Contractor shall administer data inputs into an electronic discovery review platform (i.e. eDP), which includes, but is not limited to: creating cases; adding collected source data;

 handling user access rights; uploading data logs; de-duplicating collected source data; identifying data gaps; merging/verifying data; and assuring electronic discovery production quality in Bates numbering and load file creation;

 Contractor shall coordinate electronic discovery collection results with FBI units responsible for processing discovery for review/redaction/release;
 </li>
 <li>
 Contractor shall adhere to polices and technical procedures for use of available electronic discovery software applications and provide agency attorneys, paralegals, and other users of the FBI's electronic discovery review platform with training and other technical assistance;

 Contractor shall provide information and advise on instructions regarding the FBI's process for identifying, preserving, collecting, analyzing, and organizing ESI, including the use of electronic discovery software programs;

 Contractor shall document electronic discovery plans and procedures for each individual case;

 Qualifications:
