ABOUT THIS ROLE
We&rsquo;re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to lead the management, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce environments&mdash;especially Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). The Utilization Review Nurse, RN is responsible for providing clinically efficient and effective Inpatient utilization management. Purpose:
The Territory Manager (TM) is accountable to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by delivering adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography in structural heart procedures and market share growth, as well as other key metrics. The TM is also responsible for developing the structural heart imaging market within their territory by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new IC programs, and driving transition from TEE-dependent workflows toward ICE-guided procedures. The TM is responsible for building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, hospital and Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders to grow and develop business. The TM acts as the territory quarterback and indirectly leads a pod team including Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialists (UCASs) and partners with Regional Business Directors (RBDs) to ensure alignment and coordination in meeting business objectives.
The TM is responsible for managing all aspects of the customer group, which may include members of large hospital systems/IDNs, as well as teaching and community hospitals. The TM influences clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within assigned account base to support the use of BWI ultrasound products.  Responsibilities
 
 
 
 This individual will work under limited supervision of the Principal Investigator, Clinical Research Nurse or Clinical Research Manager and will be required to perform his/her responsibilities with a high level of independence within the scope of study protocol(s) and institutional policies and guidelines.

 Conduct daily clinical operations of assigned research studies in accordance with study protocols, regulatory and GCP guidelines, and institutional policy.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Billing Specialist performs billing, data entry, and related administrative tasks to support the King County Crisis Line. The Billing Specialist performs tasks to ensure that billing documents are completed in a timely and accurate manner and meet contractual requirements. This position will communicate with providers to confirm accuracy of information and resolve any issues. In addition, this Billing Specialist will provide support to the Clinical Manager in other tasks related to billing, hospital authorizations, and general administrative support where needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reviews basic non-clinical initial authorization information, identifying, and investigating any inaccuracies or inconsistencies found between the paper documentation and information entered into the Inpatient Authorization Program. Forwards medical inconsistencies to Clinical Manager for review and correction.</li><li>Contacts appropriate in-patient treatment facilities departments to follow-up on needed paperwork.</li><li>Confirms medical eligibility and enters data into Provider One.</li><li>Maintains records on all initial authorizations, retrospective reviews and appeals, diversions, or other processes. Logs all data into excel spreadsheet.</li><li>Brings non-clinical inconsistencies to the attention of Authorizer and Coordinator. Calls hospital to verify information.</li><li>Email initial authorization certification and denial documentation to inpatient treatment facilities and KCMHP, meeting timeliness requirements. Maintains a copy of the fax confirmation information as part of case record.</li><li>Assists in collecting and disseminating information related to grievances or other appeal processes.</li><li>Assists in coordinating retrospective reviews by receiving review requests and gathering and disseminating documentation as necessary.</li><li>Prepares any correspondence to inpatient treatment facilities or other entities as needed.</li><li>Gathers information for preparation of Initial Timeframe Report for submission to the County on a monthly and quarterly basis.</li><li>Responsible for logging discharges in to Provider One.</li></ul>
