1. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.2. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer.3. Take orders, ensure that appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at the appropriate times.4. Bus coffee cart areas and tables.5. Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day. Obtain change required for expected business level.6. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.7. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manage8. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.9. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests&rsquo; service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.10. Speak with others using clear and professional language.11. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.12. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

 The Four Seasons Bahrain is looking for a Housekeeping - Guest Room Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. You have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Hotel and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Cleans and self-inspects guest rooms and public areas as assigned and in accordance with hotel standards; stocks and maintains the linen closet
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area. Promotes hotel services and products
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented
 </li>
 <li>
 Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery; reports defects and accidents to management immediately. Is competent in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures and trained in accident response
 </li>
 <li>
 To keep Maids Pantries tidy and correctly stocked, and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order.

 Requirements

 Has 1 -2 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels/resorts
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English Language
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work shifts
