Job Description</b><p><br>
Reporting to Parkinson&rsquo;s Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for;</p><ul><li>
Supporting long-term and annual Brand/Commercial strategies and tactical plans defining specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with brand planning process and Brand Team direction.</li><li>
Diagnosing and analyzing brand, market and competitors through gathering customer insights and competitive information; identifying drivers and refining segmentation based on customer needs.</li><li>
Coordinating the development of sales objectives, strategies, in field team materials, advertising, promotion program and market research activities and ensuring their execution.</li><li>
Implementing tactical plans, communicating clearly and proposing responsibilities allocation to cross-functional team members and in-field team.</li><li>
Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with related stakeholders as appropriate (e.g. in-field visits, remote engagement.).</li><li>
Guiding and implementing innovative omni-channel marketing activities, including both traditional and non-traditional partnerships, to strengthen brand messaging across all channels.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications</b><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Science or related field,</li><li>
0-3 years of sales or marketing experience,</li><li>
