 :&rtrif; A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field

 .&rtrif; Demonstrated success in negotiating and administering large-scale, high-value contracts, preferably within the IT industry
 
 
 .&rtrif; Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and managing complex commercial contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
 
 
 .&rtrif; In-depth knowledge of relevant local and international procurement laws, regulations, and best practices
 
 
 .&rtrif; Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation and issue resolution
 
 
 .&rtrif; Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel or Power BI for procurement reporting and analysis
