 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (mandatory).

 Minimum 12+ years of overall experience, including:

 6+ years of direct prime contract management experience.
 
 
 Strong Middle East experience, preferably in Qatar.

 Proven experience working on high-rise building projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in a PMCM consultancy environment is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
