 Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Culinary Department in Doha, the Commis 1 &ndash; Wok Station is responsible for the preparation and execution of authentic Asian cuisine, with a specific focus on wok-based dishes. This role ensures that all items are cooked with precision, consistency, and in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards. Working under the guidance of senior chefs, the position supports daily mise en place, wok station service, and coordination with the broader culinary team. Maintaining hygiene, safety, and operational excellence is central to this role&rsquo;s contribution to the kitchen brigade.
