 Specific Responsibilities:

 Manage assigned audits considering regulations and industry standards; including audit planning, document control, evidence gathering and audit reports

 Conduct opening and closing meetings with Nominated Persons and Senior Management personnel from within QR and Ground Handling Companies in relation to audits planned/accomplished.  Perform the IATA De-/Anti Icing Quality Control Pool (DAQCP) audits on behalf of the Qatar Airways and IATA, by ensuring the conduct of the assigned de-/ anti icing audits

 Verification of external findings issued by external regulatory authorities (Civil Aviation Authorities - SAFA and QCAA) and follow-up with respective departmental managers within Qatar airways for identification of root cause, development, evaluation and implementation of corrective actions as appropriate in operational areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor compliance in the areas of flight operations, crew training, ground operations and security that the standards required by the QCAA Air Ops Regulations (and Air Crew) where required), IOSA, oneworld, and any additional requirements defined by Qatar Airways are being carried out under the supervision of the relevant Nominated Persons
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate the reliability and integrity of the internal compliance monitoring system by incorporating an ongoing internal assessment process using IOSA provisions, with the aim of providing a record of continual conformity with IOSA SARPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce a detailed Conformance Report (CR) of relevant sections audited under the IOSA scope, certified by the designated senior management official, as an accurate record of internal assessments conducted and the status of conformity with ISARPs

 <li>
 Represent the department at the various Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings and summarise output from the Compliance Monitoring programme and the SAG meetings into the Group Safety and Security Committee meeting.
