 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Design, implement, and maintain a robust Compliance Program in line with CMA regulations and best industry practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a key advisor to management by guiding the company on regulatory, compliance, and conduct-related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and assess the effective implementation of the Compliance Program across all business activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory, AML/CFT, and conduct risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure ongoing compliance with local regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a decision-maker on compliance-related matters, including escalations and regulatory interpretations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees to promote regulatory awareness and a strong compliance culture.

 Provide ongoing support and guidance to business teams to ensure compliance is embedded in daily operations.

 Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years
 
 of experience in a compliance role.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Previous compliance experience within a brokerage or financial services company
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong knowledge of the FX / Brokerage industry, including client onboarding, AML/CFT and business arrangements related matters
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of
 
 CMA local rules and regulations and applicable AML/CFT requirements.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making.
