 Reporting to the Project Director, this position is responsible for efficiently managing and executing marine and island-based construction projects within approved parameters such as cost, timelines, functionality, safety, and quality, in line with DarGlobal strategies and plans.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have previous experience with a reputable main contractor or developer, leading complex building construction works on marine, coastal, or island environments. This includes overseeing the construction of villas, hospitality assets, infrastructure, and ancillary buildings on reclaimed or remote island sites. The candidate must be capable of developing robust action plans, maintaining tight control over challenging site logistics, and evaluating risks unique to marine construction.
