 ILIA Beauty is looking for Associate Social Content Producer who will own the production and execution of social-first content across the brand&rsquo;s digital channels, bringing campaigns, launches, partnerships, and always-on storytelling to life. This role manages creator relationships end-to-end&mdash;including sourcing, briefing, contracting, and content approvals&mdash;while collaborating with photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality assets. They also ensure seamless content calendar execution by coordinating assets, copy, and publishing needs so social content consistently supports broader marketing and business goals.
 
 
 
 This role is hybrid, open to candidates based in Southern California and will work on-site at our Century City, CA office at least 1x week. This role reports into our Sr. Social Strategist.
 
 
 
 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities

 Planning &amp; Coordination
 </li>

 Manage content calendar execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate upcoming needs (campaigns, holidays, partnerships) and proactively plan content to ensure readiness across all social channels
 </li>

 Ensure Social Coordinator has final assets and copy for publishing
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Freelance Social Support has final assets and copy for weekend publishing
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the social checklist active to ensure every post drives business goals
 </li>
 <ul>

 Tagging correct retailers, spotlighting core SKUs, and new launches
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Act as a strategic voice in meetings to ensure social content ladders up to larger business and marketing objectives, from press moments to retailer expansion
 </li>

 Lead and execute all social content production across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest Boards, and Facebook
 </li>

 Own creator identification, outreach, contracting, and management
 </li>

 Briefing + content approvals

 Maintaining relationships with creators
 </li>

 Making sure they are being communicated with and paid on time

 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-3+ years of experience in social media content production within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Facebook
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing creator and influencer partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, contracting, and content approvals
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience coordinating and producing social content shoots, including developing briefs, shot lists, and production timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and external partners to ensure social content supports broader brand and business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative eye with the ability to identify compelling visual storytelling opportunities and emerging social trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when working with creators, freelancers, and internal stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for beauty, culture, and digital storytelling, with a strong understanding of the evolving social media landscape

Our client, a leader in the retail space, is seeking a detail-oriented Copywriter to craft compelling narratives across a diverse range of product categories. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in web-first storytelling and a proven track record in ecommerce, retail, and personalized 1:1 marketing. Responsibilities:

<li>Compose copy that gets to the heart of who our customers are and inspire them. You'll cover a range of topics, assets, and channel types.</li>
<li>Gain a deep understanding of our brand's core principles, tone and voice, plus copy and campaign style guides, applying that understanding to crafting copy that supports business goals.</li>
<li>Handle multiple copy projects on different timelines with varying levels of ambiguity, complexity and importance to the business with the support of copy leadership.</li>
<li>Meet copy deadlines in coordination with project management, account management and creative team.</li>
<li>Prepare well-structured drafts that are on-brief, meet our tone of voice, demonstrate your knowledge of our customer and your ability to do research on a subject, product, industry, company/organization and technology.</li>
<li>In partnership with copy leadership, collaborate with design and other team members to come up with creative solutions to meet business goals.</li>
<li>Use critical thinking skills to translate strategic marketing initiatives into informative, concise and compelling copy solutions.</li>
<li>Make edits following feedback from partners including marketers, site managers, editors, legal and copy leadership.</li>
<li>Guided by the copy leadership, approach copy feedback and edits from partners with a positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and grow.</li>
<li>Take character limitations and design constraints into account when creating copy and partner with editors and copy leadership to resolve writing or grammar issues.</li>
<li>Adhere to the evolution of the brand tone of voice and copy style guide.</li>
<li>Attend and engage in project kick-off and follow-up meetings by asking proactive questions, seeking clarity, pushing on the brief and anticipating required information to compose effective copy. Confidently explain creative choices and work with partners to reach consensus on feedback.</li>
<li>Ensure copy is error-free, participate in the quality assurance (QA) phases of projects to help ensure all final copy has been correctly implemented online and conduct audits to identify and document errors.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on competitors, technology developments, plus industry and media trends as it pertains to retail and marketing.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive, can-do attitude. Seek answers to ambiguous asks, be comfortable working autonomously and quickly pivot direction based on changing business needs.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>BA in Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, or related field.</li>
<li>2-3 years of copywriting experience.</li>
<li>2 years' experience copywriting for an ecommerce brand.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously and self-manage, as well as collaborate closely.</li>
<li>Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to be a self-starter.</li>
<li>Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and flexible in the face of shifting business needs due to the rapidly changing nature of marketing, retail, and ecommerce.</li>
<li>High emotional intelligence, excellent relationship-building skills, able to manage expectations well across a wide variety of partners and expertise areas.</li>
