About the Role

As an AI Agent Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing AI-powered agents that support internal operations, marketing workflows, CRM processes, and customer-facing systems.

You'll collaborate closely with leadership, developers, and non-technical stakeholders to:

This role is focused on building a strong retail distribution network, improving in-store visibility, driving sales growth, and developing long-term relationships with retailers and channel partners.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and onboard retail outlets such as hardware stores, electronics shops, supermarkets, and general stores across assigned territories.</li><li>Develop and execute direct-to-retailer strategies to ensure consistent product availability and strong shelf presence for ChargeX products.</li><li>Establish and manage partnerships with regional and national distributors to ensure wider and efficient market coverage.</li><li>Expand and manage territories with clearly defined coverage targets based on sales potential and footfall.</li><li>Conduct regular retail audits to ensure correct in-store placement, optimal product visibility, and adherence to ChargeX branding guidelines.</li><li>Analyze market demand and consumer buying behavior to identify gaps and optimize distribution strategies.</li><li>Develop and track sales targets and KPIs at city, territory, and retailer levels aligned with ChargeX revenue objectives.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, sell-through rates, and stock availability to prevent stock-outs and improve sales efficiency.</li><li>Design and implement retailer incentive programs including volume discounts, promotional schemes, loyalty rewards, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Execute territory-wise sales planning by identifying high-potential accounts and prioritizing visits for maximum revenue impact.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the marketing team to roll out retail campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand presence at point-of-sale (POS) through shelf displays, banners, standees, and promotional materials.</li><li>Organize product demonstrations, sampling events, and experiential marketing activities to increase customer engagement and brand recall.</li><li>Support new product and SKU launches by ensuring effective retail rollout and visibility.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to retailers and their staff on ChargeX product features, benefits, and upselling techniques.</li><li>Resolve supply, pricing, and display-related issues to ensure smooth operations and high retailer satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making and market share growth.</li><li>Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports covering performance, territory coverage, retailer onboarding, and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Analyze channel profitability and sales trends to recommend territory expansion, new retailer targeting, and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Track ROI of promotions, incentives, and campaigns to maximize sales impact.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5&ndash;6 years of sales experience</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Passion for sales, customer service, and home d&eacute;cor products.</li><li>Must own a bike and be comfortable with regular market visits.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.</li></ul>Pay &amp; Perks:<ul><li>Basic Salary+ Performance Bonus.</li><li>Annual/Semi-annual Increments.</li><li>Fuel Allowance (if applicable).</li><li>Company maintained Postpaid Mobile connection.</li><li>Emergency Health Cover (applicable after 01 year)</li><li>Paid Annual Leaves.</li><li>A healthy &amp; glass door open working environment.</li></ul>This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job &amp; the starting salary would be 100K-120K as per professional experiences + KPI allowances/bonuses.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
