Authorized to approve purchase orders up to BD 5,000 per transaction.</li><li>
Assist with in-depth market research and analysis, maintain accurate supplier profiles and product/service databases to support effective procurement decisions.</li><li>
Provide operational continuity during absences, and foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.</li><li>
Comply with set KPIs, strategic roadmap development, and budget management.</li><li>
Achieve any other task as assigned by the management in the related field</li></ul>
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li> 
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent major in the related field.</li><li>
Membership of a recognized Institute, in Procurement &amp; Supply Chain Management, CIPS, etc.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE<ul><li> 
A minimum of 2 years in the Procurement Management.</li><li>
Comprehensive knowledge in Bahrain Tender Law with high level of professional skills.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PR/PO/invoice) and end-to-end purchasing controls.</li><li>
Experience with ERP for procurement and inventory (Oracle preferred) and MRO systems (AMOS preferred)</li><li>
Advanced Excel and/or Power BI (or similar)</li><li>
Familiarity with digital supply chain/predictive maintenance concepts.</li><li>

Overall Role Purpose
Senior Manager Process and Programs is accountable for the implementation of Customer Service processes including global CS process standardization &amp; cross-functional support initiatives to ensure world class service is delivered to customers at every CS touchpoint supporting the Company&rsquo;s strategic plan and business imperatives through differentiation by Customer Service.
Your Tasks:
Process Development, Standardization &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Lead the design, standardization, and harmonization of Customer Service processes, standards, programs across MENA</li><li>
Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance Global Customer Service Processes, Standards, and Reference Guides to ensure relevance in a dynamic business environment</li><li>
Identify best demonstrated practices and improvement opportunities, providing structured recommendations to stakeholders
</li><li>Drive digitalization initiatives to eliminate manual and redundant processes and improve efficiency</li><li>
Support continuous improvement initiatives across Customer Service and First Choice/ICCC teams</li></ul>
