Responsibility Summary: 
The Territory Manager is responsible for business development within their assigned territory. This will include utilizing technical expertise to sell deeper into current accounts (organic growth) as well as acquiring new business accounts with filtration product and services needs. Completes and reports call activity utilizing CRM and other tools as required. They are required to develop and maintain professional relationships with key customer contacts. Sales across all product lines of filtration and a variety of industries will be required and expected.
 
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 
1. Work within all established safety guidelines, ensuring that safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times, and worked deemed unsafe is not performed.
 2. Ensure world class customer service is provided to both internal and external customers.
 3. Establish rapport and develop solid relationships with key customer contacts and vendors.
 4. Meet and exceed sales and margin targets, including monthly forecasts and annual budget.
 5. Prospect for and acquire new business at all volume levels by promoting the total filtration management concept, focusing on those accounts with annual volume greater than $5k.
 6. Maintain and grow sales to existing customer base by understanding each customer’s unique product needs and offering solutions across all disciplines of filtration
 7. Organize and prioritize responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient territory coverage.
 8. Evaluate filter applications for value optimization and solution presentation.
 9. Complete the required weekly sales call activity, including:
 10. A minimum of 15 face-to-face sales calls during the prime selling hours of 7am-3pm

 13. Regularly utilize CRM software to ensure customer contacts are maintained, customer related sales call activities are documented, value added services/cost savings are recorded and Opportunities are actively managed through the lifecycle of the sale.
 14. Develop solid technical skills by participating in all company and vendor sponsored product training, as well as utilizing other resources for self-study
 15. Generate timely and accurate quotes utilizing the company’s business system.
 16. Utilize the TFS catalog and the media library for presentations to key purchasing personnel.
 17. Support company initiatives in the areas of marketing, sales, and training
 18. Manage and ensure compliance regarding implementation of new accounts, including new Strategic Accounts launches by corporate.

</h1>The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for maintaining reactive and proactive contact with customers to improve customer satisfaction and cash collections. During incoming calls, the Specialist supports the field staff and customers with the resolution of questions and issues. About the Role:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for creating positive customer experiences to drive sales and promote the Bath &amp; Cabinet Experts brands. The ideal candidate is energetic, enjoys phone-based interactions, can drive a conversation effectively, and delivers exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexible scheduling with weekend availability required. *Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours*
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Responsible for engaging with prospective clients with the goal of setting appointments for the sales team</li><li>
Be a subject matter expert and be able to communicate the value of company products and services to help educate prospective clients</li><li>
Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet performance goals of converting calls to appointments</li><li>
Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting including confirming full and accurate client information</li><li>
Ensure all activity and information is accurately logged in CRM</li><li>
Provide a high level of customer service to ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with Bath &amp; Cabinet Experts</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred</li><li>
Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired</li><li>
High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
1+ year of call center experience required</li><li>
Experience with Lead Perfection CRM a plus</li><li>
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Excellent phone and communication skills</li><li>
Be energetic and have a positive attitude</li><li>
Must be task oriented and driven to meet and exceed goals</li></ul>
