Overview</b></p>

As a <b>Customer Success Engineer</b> (CSE), you will be responsible for protecting and growing our SaaS and enterprise cloud customers. You will help Public Cloud and Enterprise administrators dramatically simplify and streamline their entire data protection stack. Identifying solutions to make implementation smooth and efficient, as well as sharing best practices that ease adoption and increase the effectiveness of our platform, are all a part of a typical day for our CSEs.</p><p></p><p><br>

Pay Transparency</b></p>

The anticipated cash compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 annually. The cash compensation package includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HYCU's bonus plan for eligible roles. The<b> Associate Project Manager</b> supports the Project Manager (PM) in the successful execution of large utility scale renewable power generation projects including solar PV, wind, and battery storage. Key responsibilities include assisting in the managing of construction safety, quality assurance, scheduling, contractor scope management, and budget oversight. The Associate Project Manager will support the PM in the execution and tracking of construction progress, ensuring contract compliance, and managing project closeout.</p><p><b>
Role Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist PM&rsquo;s to ensure the timely execution of the project, within the established schedule and budgetary constraints and in compliance with safety, reliability, technical quality and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Support the PM in the execution of supplier and contractor contracts, including the review and approval of change orders and invoices</li><li>
Coordinate project expectations, workflows, and communications among various departments and stakeholders, both internal and external, to RWECE to ensure alignment with the project objectives, contracts, budgets and schedules</li><li>
Assist the project team in Quality Analysis/Quality Control for key deliverables associated with both managed projects and task, as well as those overseen by others</li><li>

Job Requirements and Experiences:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management related field of study from an accredited college or university</li><li>
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; at least 5 years of progressive project management experience</li><li>
Experience in the power generation field is preferred</li><li>
Construction field experience is preferred</li><li>
Able to travel 25% to 40% of the time</li><li>
Has a valid US driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage customer relationships</li><li>
