Job Brief 
The CX Insights &amp; Strategy Analyst supports the Customer Experience and Customer Support teams by turning customer and service data into clear insights that help improve customer journeys, service quality, and operational performance. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in customer behavior, analytics, and understanding how data influences strategy and decision-making. 
The analyst will work closely with Customer Support, Operations, and Product teams to prepare reports, track key CX/CS metrics, identify trends and recurring issues, and highlight opportunities for improvement.  We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We're looking for an analytically sharp, business-minded
 
 Operations Analyst
 
 who is obsessed with
 
 impact and ROI
 
 , not just dashboards. You'll work closely with Operations, Product, and Growth teams to turn data into decisions, solve real business problems, and drive measurable outcomes.
 
 
 This is a great role for someone early in their analytics career who has strong thinking skills and wants to grow their SQL/Excel muscles on the job.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own business problems end-to-end: from defining the problem &rarr; analyzing data &rarr; recommending actions &rarr; tracking impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Build simple analyses using SQL and Excel (beginner level is okay - learning mindset is key)
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate messy business questions into structured analytical problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure ROI and impact of initiatives (campaigns, features, operational changes, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with stakeholders (BI, Product, Growth, CX, Tech)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify opportunities to, improve efficiency, reduce cost &amp; increase growth or quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations (not just numbers)
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements

 Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, marketing or any other related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Business acumen - understands how companies make money and why ROI matters

 Comfortable thinking in terms of impact, trade-offs, and outcomes
 </li>
