They are expected to verify or mark the location of product through a tool while maintaining highest level of accuracy. This process helps in maintaining the fulfillment center's stow quality.  Legal Counsel / Commercial Contracts Lawyer, Americas and Global Markets (Remote)

 BCD is seeking to hire a qualified commercial contracts lawyer meeting the below specifications to join our global legal team. This position is remote and based in India, with a primary focus on supporting BCD and its affiliated companies in the Americas and other regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and providing sound legal advice related to sales and contracting activities. This role requires close collaboration with colleagues and clients in the US, Canada, Latin America, and other regions, and is expected to work outside of regular business hours to accommodate international time zones. The position can be virtual, hybrid, or office-based, depending on location.
 
 
 
 As a Legal Counsel / Commercial Contracts Lawyer, Americas and Global Markets, you will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review, negotiate, and draft various commercial contracts, working directly with our sales and account management teams. These will include client, supplier, technology contracts, and other legal documents, including multinational global agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide expert and strategic legal and business advice to BCD&rsquo;s commercial stakeholders, including sales, program management, procurement, finance, and supplier relations
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate directly with clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a primary legal contact for assigned accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise business clients on legal and regulatory issues and risks, data privacy and security issues, approval processes, company policies and procedures, and business strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase legal awareness of the commercial teams by communicating contractual obligations in non-legal terms through presentations/trainings and creating and distributing necessary documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update template agreements for supported regions
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the development of new laws affecting the business
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 About You
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in an international western law firm and/or multinational in-house law department
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience drafting and negotiating multinational commercial contracts, especially client sales or service agreements is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness and ability to primarily work outside of regular business hours (including late evenings and/or very early mornings) to support international time zones, especially the Americas region, is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to &ldquo;triage&rdquo; and balance many projects at once simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-service oriented approach to practicing law with a focus on practical application
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and skilled in legal drafting
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interact with company leadership, propose practical and creative solutions to complex business issues, and provide pragmatic risk assessments
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively across multiple functions, organizations and with a diverse group of colleagues at all levels
 </li>
 <li>
 You are a team-player who will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in travel industry preferred, but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of basic data privacy is helpful, but not required
