The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.</li><li>Gather, document, and manage functional and technical requirements.</li><li>Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flows, use cases, and user interface mockups.</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements for development teams.</li><li>Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.</li><li>Participate in testing, verification, and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.</li><li>Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users on new system functionalities.</li><li>Track project issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure smooth implementation.</li><li>Support projects from initial planning through deployment and post-implementation support.</li><li>Contribute to front-end design decisions and ensure a user-friendly experience by applying Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with BRD, SRS, process flows, use cases, and UAT.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working with development and QA teams in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
