Superior Communications is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Irwindale, CA. 


The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing and Digital Marketing teams in developing and executing digital content and campaigns that build brand awareness, support e-commerce growth, and drive sales. This role includes social media management, content creation, and digital asset production with an emphasis on short-form video editing, visual storytelling, and support across social and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, trend-aware, and proficient with graphic design software, with the ability to contribute ideas while managing projects from concept to execution.

Essential Functions:

<li>Manage content calendars while creating, scheduling, and publishing posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook to support campaigns and brand consistency.</li>
<li>Contribute ideas for social media content, campaign concepts, and digital storytelling initiatives.</li>
<li>Create, edit, and publish social media content across platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and short-form video for product marketing, promotions, and e-commerce.</li>
<li>Utilize AI-assisted tools to support content ideation, copy development, workflow</li>

<li>Support photography, product shoots, and content production as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns related to e-commerce, product launches, and promotions.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze competitor content, social channels, digital marketing strategies, and stay current on social media trends, platform changes, content formats, and emerging tools.</li>
<li>Support email marketing efforts, including ideation, customer segmentation and promotional campaigns through Klaviyo / MailChimp.</li>
<li>Assist with organization and maintenance of digital assets, including file management, naming conventions, revisions, and archiving.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Customer Service and Marketing teams in managing brand communications, reviews, and customer feedback.</li>
<li>Support additional marketing and content-related projects as assigned.</li>

<li>Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Creative Suite</li>
<li>Digital photo editing and retouching experience</li>
<li>Experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools</li>
<li>Comfort appearing on camera for social content, product demonstrations, promotional video is a plus</li>
<li>Photography skills including lighting, focus, and composition</li>
<li>Experience with e-commerce content creation (Amazon, Shopify, Magento or similar)</li>
<li>Basic motion graphics or animation experience (familiarity with After Effects)</li></ul>

Work Environment

This position operates in an office and studio environment and routinely uses standard office equipment, computers, cameras, lighting equipment, and content production tools. 
Physical Demands 

This is largely a sedentary role; however, occasional lifting, standing, and movement during content production may be required. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds. 
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, in office, on-site position in Baldwin Park location. Normal business days are Monday through Friday. Work hours will be assigned in advance.

Some travel is expected for this position (photoshoots).

<div>Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the asset protection manager in performing his/her functions. Performing AP and Safety-related activities to support The Home Depot's business objectives, such as but not limited to minimizing shrink, risk and safety incidents, providing on boarding to AP programs, OSHA standards and investigations, training, coaching and response to potentially volatile situations requiring quick, effective decisions and conducting investigations. This includes responsibility for data integrity and tracking of various performance metrics across AP duties. The role has experience in asset protection, safety, merchandise auditing compliance, hazmat, OSHA standards, and investigations to ensure The Home Depot maintains a safe, a safe work culture by providing support to the asset protection manager and facility leadership team, in assigned building, related to improving shrink, safety, expenses and liability. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
40% Compliance:
</li><li>Assist DC Asset Protection Manager with conducting monthly audit cadence that provides insight into shrink risk, overall safety compliance, merchandise accuracy audit completion, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Assist DC Asset Protection manager with regulatory investigations such as OSHA, EPA, state and federal agencies.</li><li>
Leverage contracted site guard supervisors, and ensure all electronic security systems are in good working order at all times.</li><li>
The overall audit process(s) will highlight operational deficiencies and will lead to the development of a dynamic game plan that will correct or mitigate exposures identified within the scope of the audits.</li><li>
30% Safety:
</li><li>Review weekly incident reporting and review trends with leadership team</li><li>
Participate in onsite meetings with regulatory agencies and follow company SOP's as it relates to interacting with such agencies.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with all Supply Chain security measures that will include but not limited to a seal compliance and testing program, maintaining a strong physical security presence.</li><li>
Leads auditors in daily operations; monitors to ensure a high degree of accuracy in the shipping of product, safety, recording auditing errors, and reviewing errors with facility leadership.</li><li>
Participate in all safety incident investigations to help drive additional training and accountability.</li><li>
If needed, assist APM with creating new processes that prevent safety incidents from occurring.</li><li>
15% Accuracy:
</li><li>Responsible for the training, coaching and feedback of auditors and performs regular evaluations of associates through factual data and subjective observations.</li><li>
15% Shrink:
</li><li>Assist DC Asset Protection Manager with the Company's internal and external theft program. Identify and process temporary labor and external visitors who commit theft. Maximize merchandise recoveries.</li><li>
Observations on floor, identifying safe work practices and correcting unsafe work practices</li><li>
Adhere to all Company policies governing apprehensions. Minimize risk of injuries during apprehensions.</li></ul> 

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:<ul><li>
This position reports to the DC Asset Protection manager.</li><li>
This position has up to 3 direct reports.</li></ul> 

Travel Requirements:<ul><li>
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.</li></ul>
