<p><b>Purchaser cum Supply Chain &amp; Logistics Coordinator</b></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and dedicated <b>Purchaser cum Supply Chain &amp; Logistics Coordinator </b>to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for managing <b>procurement, supplier coordination, inventory, transportation, equipment, vehicles, operators, drivers, clients, and end-to-end logistics operations</b>, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and vehicles.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.</li><li>Coordinate procurement, logistics, transportation, and inventory activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier records.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing emails and business correspondence.</li><li>Attend phone calls and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.</li><li>Handle basic accounts-related work, documentation, and invoice preparation.</li><li>Create sales invoices, delivery notes, and other required documents.</li><li>Coordinate and clear safety-related documents and requirements.</li><li>Manage and coordinate operators, drivers, vehicles, heavy equipment, clients, and suppliers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Coordinate the daily operational requirements of vehicles, machinery, drivers, and operators.</li><li>Handle tasks independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Maintain good communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in <b>Microsoft Office</b> is required.</li><li>Knowledge of <b>ERP systems</b> will be an advantage.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>3* </b>years of experience in the transport, logistics, procurement, or equipment rental industry*.</li><li><b>Any Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</b></li><li>Relevant experience in the <b>Abu Dhabi region</b> is preferred.</li><li>Valid <b>UAE Driving License</b> is required.</li><li>Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Must be hardworking, loyal, dedicated, and responsible.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work under pressure.</li><li>Candidates must be capable of handling day-to-day operational, procurement, logistics, documentation, and coordination activities.</li></ul><p><b>Additional Vacancies</b></p><p>We also have openings for <b>Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators</b> for multiple vehicles and machinery.</p><p>Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are requested to send their CV to:</p><p><b>generaltransport03@gmail.com</b></p><p><b>Only candidates who meet the relevant requirements are requested to apply.
